My name is Martha Isabel Aguayo, and I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas. I also teach real estate classes at El Paso Community College.

Real estate has been my third career for the past 10 years, following my experience in the radio and TV industries and as the Publisher of an apartment magazine.

I enjoy helping people achieve their American dream of owning or selling their home or starting their real estate investment property opportunities.

I earned my undergraduate degree at UTEP with a major in Journalism and a minor in Marketing, and then continued at the UOP and earned my graduate degree in Organizational Management. 

In 2019, I established a scholarship endowment, and I am proud to share that in December 2024, it reached its goal of $25,000. At this point, it can now begin awarding scholarships in perpetuity to Journalism majors.
